- Regular Exercise (At least 30 to 45 min of exercise/day, at least 5 days/week).
- Low Fatty Diets Reduces saturated fats (Red Meat, Full Fat Dairy Products etc.)
- Cholesterol reducing drugs( stackins)
- Avoid Trans fats (like palm oil, Dalda etc.)
- Eat food rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
Eg: Fish, walnuts, Flax seeds etc. and increased int ake of soluble fiber.
Fiber is found in oats, sprouts, fruits, millets, etc.
